Delete your account and data

This page is for users of the Baigamats Business Management app who want their account, and the personal data linked to it, deleted.

How to request deletion

• Send a request to the support contact shown on business.baigamats.com with your name, the phone number or email you log in with, and the organisation you belong to.
• Staff accounts can also be removed by their organisation's administrator under Users.
• We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.

What is deleted

• your login and profile (name, contact details, role);
• personal information stored about you in the Service, such as notification settings and device information.

What may be kept

Business transactions that involve your organisation, such as sales, receipts, payments and ledger entries, belong to that organisation and must usually be kept for accounting, tax and audit reasons. Where we keep them, your name on those records is removed or replaced with a neutral label where this is practical.

How long it takes

We aim to complete requests within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done.
